Residential development containing 4 towers, including Building A (28 storeys), Building B (8 storeys), Building C (8 storeys) and Building D (5 storeys), and also 3 levels of basement carparking. The project contains a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and townhouses and forms part of an overall masterplan for the site.

Our role: Fire safety engineer
